Invite a Friend

Open Cottage can email an invite for you. There is no referral reward program in this version—inviting is simply sharing the site. A display name is required before you can send invites.

Food creators

  1. Add a Display name on My Profile
  2. Open your public profile and find Invite-a-friend in the Links section
  3. Enter your friend’s email—we’ll invite them to view your profile (and they can sign up if they want)

Food lovers

  1. Add a Display name in Account Settings
  2. Use Invite-a-friend on that page
  3. Enter your friend’s email—we’ll invite them to join Open Cottage at signup

Share without email

  1. Send the homepage: open-cottage-directory.vercel.app (or your current Open Cottage URL)
  2. Or send Discover: Browse creators
  3. On any creator profile, use Share Profile to copy the link
